With this torso rotator from the Compas 530 series (MADE IN GERMANY) by the German manufacturer Proxomed , you can effectively train your side abdominal muscles and torso area . The starting angle of the rotator can be adjusted to 15 different positions to ensure optimal training for both halves of the body. In addition, the back cushion can be adjusted in length to 12 levels and the back and shoulder cushions can be adjusted in height to 10 levels. The footrest can be adjusted in length to 7 levels and the small leg and hip cushions on the seat cushion can also be adjusted to various levels. This variety of adjustment options means that the rotation machine can be optimally adjusted to the user. The medical strength training device is equipped with a large 80kg weight block . However, the weight can be increased in small 1kg increments , making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people. In addition, a monitor/display is attached to the device. Since there are no longer any spare parts available for this monitor system, it is sold as "defective", but is of course left functional on the device.
