With this abdominal flexor/back extension combination machine from Proxomed , you can train your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The abdominal and back cushion roller is adjustable in length/height to 15 levels and the starting angle to 10 levels - depending on the exercise you want to perform. The abdominal and back cushion is variably adjustable in length to various levels and in height to 8 levels. The footrest is also adjustable in length to 9 levels, allowing the abdominal flexor/back extension combination machine to be individually adapted to your body size. The 2-in-1 combination machine is equipped with a large 98 kg plug-in weight block with fine 6 kg increments, making it perfect for rehabilitation patients, but can also be used by stronger athletes for effective training.
