With this abductor and adductor combo machine from the Compass 530 series by the German manufacturer Proxomed , you can train the inner and outer thigh muscles in isolation and gently. The starting positions can be set to 6 levels, allowing the 2-in-1 combo machine to be individually adjusted to the desired range of motion. The foot and leg rests can be adjusted lengthwise to 13 different positions and are covered with anti-slip material on the foot rest. The vertical thigh cushions can be rotated outwards or inwards, depending on the exercise. The backrest can be adjusted to 7 positions from upright to almost lying down, supported by a gas pressure spring. The lumbar cushion is removable and height-adjustable. This allows the machine to be perfectly adapted to any body size, ensuring optimal biomechanics during exercise. The abductor and adductor machine is equipped with a large 80 kg plug-in weight block , and an additional "fine-tuned" weight of 1-4 kg can also be activated. This allows the weight to be increased in 1kg increments! This makes the device perfect for rehabilitation patients, but it can also be used by stronger athletes for effective training. Furthermore, the device is perfectly suited for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and medical patients, as it is a Class I medical device according to 93/42/EEC (MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act ).
