With this Total Hip Kick machine from Precor, you can effectively yet gently train various leg muscles such as the leg extensors , leg curls , adductor , and abductor while standing. The Multi Hip machine offers a wide range of adjustment options to perfectly tailor the fitness equipment to your needs. The fitness equipment is equipped with a large plug-in weight block with 20 levels. The leg pad can be adjusted to six height levels, and the footplate can be adjusted to ten height levels, allowing the hip pendulum to be adapted to different body sizes.
