Lat pulldown machine from above, cable pull from above by Precor
With this free lat pulldown machine, Lat Pull from Precor's Icarian Line, you can train your back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The exercise is performed using a cable pulley with a carabiner. This means that you can use different grips depending on which you want to train with on the pulldown machine . The leg rest has 5 height settings , so the lat pulldown machine can be individually adapted to your body size. You could also train your triceps while standing using the cable pulley from above, for example. The pulldown is equipped with a 113.5 kg plug-in weight block. However, you can increase the weight in small steps, making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people.
