Lat pulldown, Lat Pulldown Curve dual from Precor
The Lat Pulldown Curve from Precor is an effective training device for the upper back muscles such as the trapezius and latisimus. The different grip options allow for variable training on the lat pulldown and target different muscle groups. The training arms are DUAL, meaning they are independent of each other, and can also be pulled close together or further outwards depending on the desired movement. The seat is height-adjustable, so the lat pulldown can be individually adapted to your body size. You can also adjust the length of the chest pad and the height of the leg pad to optimally adapt the lat pulldown to your size. The fitness device is equipped with a large plug-in weight block with 105kg in 5kg increments.
