With this professional leg press from Precor , you can effectively yet gently train your entire leg muscles . The leg press is equipped with an extra-large 189 kg weight stack. However, you can increase the weight in small 2.5 kg increments using the additional weights, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people. The starting position can be adjusted to one of 12 positions to adapt the fitness machine to any leg length and body size. The footplate is extra-large and rubberized. The seat moves diagonally upwards as you move.
