With the Precor Jackknife Ab Crunch Machine, you can primarily strengthen the rectus abdominis, as it replicates the movement of crunches/sit-ups, only the exercise is performed while seated. The special feature of the Jackknife Ab Crunch Machine is that the seat and legs move slightly upward as you move through the machine, creating an even more intense exercise. The seat is height-adjustable, allowing the Ab Crunch Machine to be individually adjusted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with a stack of 80 kg weights in 5 kg increments.
