The Precor bench press machine enables safe and effective chest muscle training. The various grip options allow for flexible chest press training and focus on different muscle groups. The seat is height-adjustable to 8 different levels, allowing the bench press machine to be individually adapted to your height. A foot pedal-activated entry aid makes starting and stopping the exercise easier, protects your joints, and allows for a greater range of motion during the movement. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large 114 kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5 kg increments using the additional weights, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker users.
