The large pedals of the Precor AMT 835 Cross Trainer are suspended by straps, so the movement curve is not predetermined as with conventional equipment but can be determined by you during training. If you take larger steps, the pedals move further forward and further back, simulating real running or sprinting. With normal-length steps, you create a kind of jogging movement, and if you only step up and down on the spot, the device is like a stepper, as if you were walking up stairs. You determine what kind of training you are doing through your movements and do not have to adjust anything on the device.
The training can be individually adjusted and controlled. The special advantage of this first-class and award-winning fitness trainer is the increased total calorie consumption, as movements can be performed with great variability and intensity.
