With this 2 in 1 combination machine leg extension and leg curl from Physio&Sport you can train the front and back leg muscles in isolation and gently, while saving space in a small space. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The starting angle can be adjusted to 9 levels and the leg pad can be adjusted in height to 15 levels. In addition, the seat can be adjusted in height to 10 levels and simultaneously in inclination. The backrest can also be adjusted in inclination and length or height (depending on the exercise, leg extension or leg curl) to various levels. Thanks to this variety of adjustment options, the strength training device can be individually adapted to your body size and does so with optimal biomechanics for both exercises. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 120 kg plug-in weight block . Nevertheless, the weight can be increased in small 5 kg increments , making the device perfect for rehabilitation patients, but can also be used by stronger athletes for effective training.
This exercise equipment is perfect for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and medical patients, as it is a medical device according to 93/42/EEC Class I (MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act). If certain patients do not want to exceed a certain point during exercise, the movement can be continuously stopped using the movement limiter.
