With this abductor and adductor machine from Physio & Sports, you can train the inner and outer thigh muscles in isolation and gently. The angle of movement is variably adjustable in 10 steps. The backrest angle can be adjusted in 14 steps. The foot and leg rests can be adjusted in length, inclination, and width in various steps, allowing the 2-in-1 combination device to be individually adapted to the desired range of motion and to almost any body size. The abductor and adductor machine is equipped with an extra-large 115 kg plug-in weight block . Nevertheless, you can adjust the weight in small 5 kg steps. The weight can be increased, making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people. If certain patients do not want to exceed a certain point during exercise, the movement can be continuously stopped using the movement limiter. This exercise equipment is perfect for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and medical patients, as it is a Class I medical device according to 93/42/EEC (MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act).
