Advantages:
Due to the tripod (base) design, the cable pulls are freestanding and do NOT need to be attached to the wall.
The Pulley EX allows you to train functional movement sequences in muscle chains from variable starting positions. It is used in medical training therapy (MTT) for shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle rehabilitation, as well as for stabilization training for spinal injuries. Furthermore, various coordination training exercises can be performed on the Pulley EX traction device .
With the appropriate accessories, the Pulley EX allows you to train in a prone, supine, side-lying, seated, or standing position, depending on your training goals. The movable pulleys on the cable traveler automatically adapt to every movement. The necessary handles and foot loops, as well as other accessories, can be attached to the carabiner hooks on the pull ropes at different heights.
