With this Butterfly combination machine from Pego Sport 's NordicLine you can effectively but also gently train your chest muscles , shoulder muscles and upper back muscles . Training is carried out with bent arms, which enables an even more direct workout. The machine offers a variety of adjustment options so that the fitness device can be perfectly aligned to you and thus enables perfect biomechanics. The Butterfly and Butterfly Reverse are equipped with a 70kg plug-in weight block . This can be adjusted up to 30kg in fine 2.5kg increments and from 30 to 70kg in 5kg increments. The seat height can be adjusted in 8 steps, supported by a gas pressure damper, so that the machine can be adapted to any body size. The starting position for the Butterfly and Butterfly Reverse movements can each be set separately in 8 steps.
