With this Shoulder Press Model 1000 from Paramount ( MADE IN USA / AMERICA ) you can safely and effectively train your shoulder muscles. The two different grip options allow for versatile training on the shoulder press. The seat is height-adjustable in 8 steps, allowing the shoulder press to be individually adjusted to body size. The fitness equipment is equipped with a large weight stack of 90kg (200 lbs) in 4.5kg (10 lbs) increments.
