The seat of the Rotary Upper Back machine has 5 height settings and 6 length settings, so the machine can be adapted to all different users. In addition, the handles have 9 length settings and are mounted on ball bearings, which is easy on the joints and enables good biomechanics during training. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 77 kg (170 lbs) in 4.5 kg (10 lbs) steps.
