With this Shoulder Press Model ART 4400 from Paramount's Rotary Series (MADE IN USA/AMERICA), you can safely and effectively train your shoulder muscles and, to a certain extent, your chest muscles. The seat of the shoulder press fitness machine is height-adjustable to 5 different levels, and the handle position is adjustable to 9 different lengths. Additionally, the handles are mounted on pivoting ball bearings. This allows the overhead press to be individually adjusted to your body size. This strength training device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 77kg (170 lbs) in 4.5kg (10 lbs) steps.
