The guided multi-press from Paramount (Made in USA) offers a simple and classic design and appeals to users of all fitness levels. The Smith Machine can be individually adjusted to all levels of difficulty thanks to the plate-loaded 50 mm plate holder by adding suitable weight plates (available separately from us). The counterweights in the frame reduce the starting weight of the bar. The high-quality and stable multi-press enables the safe and effective execution of squat and bench press exercises , as well as complex, related exercises such as deadlifts and many others, thanks to the linear ball bearings . The starting position can be adjusted in 13 steps using the hooks on the frame for hanging the bar. There are also emergency shelves that can be hung at the desired safety height. At the rear of the multi-press there are a total of 6 holders/pins with a 50 mm diameter for storing the weight plates.
