Paramount Lower Back Model FL 1200 - Back Extension, Back Stretcher, Hyperextension, Made in USA, used - tested condition
With this back extension machine Model FL 1200 from Paramount (MADE IN USA / AMERICA) you can train the back extensor muscles in isolation and gently. The backrest of the hyperextension can be adjusted in height to one of 5 levels. In addition, the leg pad roller / footrest can be adjusted in length to one of 5 levels, so the machine can be perfectly adapted to a wide variety of users. You can optionally fasten yourself to the machine with the seat belt to prevent cheating during the exercise. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 70kg (200 lbs) in 4.5kg (10 lbs) increments in the lower range and in fine 2.25kg (5 lbs) increments in the initial range.
