With this seated leg curl machine Model PL 2100 from Paramount (MADE IN USA / AMERICA) you can train the back leg muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are targeted and challenged precisely. The leg pad on the Leg Curl seated machine for counter pressure can be adjusted to 6 levels and the incline of the cushioned roller for exercise execution can be adjusted to 6 levels. The backrest can also be adjusted to various levels, so the strength training device can be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 77kg (170 lbs) in 4.5kg (10 lbs) steps in the lower range and in fine 2.25kg (5 lbs) steps in the initial range.
