With this lat pulldown and rowing - 2 in 1 combination machine Model 700 from Paramount (MADE IN USA / AMERICA) you can effectively but also gently train your back muscles, including the latissimus dorsi and the large trapezius muscle. To switch from the lat pulldown exercise to the long pulley rowing you don't have to convert or change anything, just pick up the other handle and you can start training. The combination machine is equipped with a large plug-in weight block with 90kg (200 lbs) in 4.5kg (10 lbs) steps. The leg rest is height-adjustable in 8 levels and can even be removed completely for the rowing exercise, so the fitness machine can be perfectly adapted to any body size and situation.
