With this Model 800 chest press from Paramount (MADE IN USA / AMERICA), you can effectively yet gently train the various chest muscles and triceps. The seat of the bench press machine can be adjusted to seven different heights. The large weight stack has a capacity of 90 kg (200 lbs) in 4.5 kg (10 lbs) increments. This fitness machine can be used with either a horizontal or vertical grip position.
