With this abdominal machine / back extension combination machine from Paramount (MADE IN USA / AMERICA) you can train the abdominal muscles and lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The angle of the abdominal and back cushion roll can be adjusted to 5 levels depending on the exercise you want to perform. The footrest can be adjusted in length to 7 levels and the seat can be adjusted in height to 5 levels, so the abdominal flexor / back extension combination machine can be individually adapted to your body size. There is also a small lordosis cushion that can be folded back for abdominal exercises. You can optionally fasten yourself to the machine with the seat belt to prevent cheating during the exercise. The 2-in-1 combination machine is equipped with a large plug-in weight block with 90kg (200 lbs) in 4.5kg (10 lbs) steps.
