With this Model 1100 abdominal machine from Paramount (MADE IN USA / AMERICA), you can train your abdominal muscles (abs) effectively yet gently. The footrest is adjustable in length to five different positions, and the seat is height-adjustable to seven different positions. This fitness machine is equipped with a 70 kg (155 lbs) weight stack with 4.5 kg (10 lbs) increments at the lower end and fine 2.25 kg (5 lbs) increments at the lower end.
