With this abdominal machine Model 1100 from Paramount (MADE IN USA / AMERICA) you can train your abdominal muscles (abs) effectively and gently. The footrest is adjustable in length in 5 steps and the seat is adjustable in height in 7 steps. The fitness machine is equipped with a 70kg weight stack (155 lbs) in 4.5kg (10 lbs) increments in the lower range and fine 2.25kg increments (5 lbs) in the initial range.
