With this 3 in 1 weight bench (flat press bench, decline press bench and abdominal bench) from Panatta you can train different muscle groups with a barbell and weight plates (not included - can be purchased for an additional charge). The incline of the weight bench can be adjusted to 4 levels, so you can variably convert the bench into a flat press bench , decline press bench or abdominal bench . The carriage with the weight bench can be adjusted lengthwise on a rail to achieve the best possible position for each exercise. You can also adjust the length of the leg pad roller or remove it completely. This means that the 3 in 1 weight bench can be individually adjusted to your body size. The barbell rack has two storage heights for the barbell. The helper (spotter) has enough space at the back and can get close enough to the trainee to secure the barbell if necessary. The weight bench is easy to use and offers everything you need for a good workout.
