With this extremely stable Olympic flat press bench, you can train your chest muscles in isolation. The barbell rack has three storage heights for the barbell. These are made of stainless steel and are positioned further forward to prevent scratches on the finish when placing the bar. The spotter has sufficient space and can get close enough to the trainee to support the barbell if necessary. The weight bench is easy to use and of high quality, offering everything you need for bench press training . There are also four weight plate holders on the sides for storing the weight plates.
Optionally, you can also purchase a matching barbell and weight plates from us for an additional charge.
