With this Butterfly Combo Reverse strength training device from Norsk Sanimed you can effectively but also gently train the upper and lateral back muscles and parts of the shoulder muscles as well as the chest muscles. The official manufacturer name for this Butterfly Combo strength training device is posture and chest stabilizer. The device offers a variety of adjustment options so that the machine can be perfectly aligned to your needs. The machine is equipped with a weight rack with 14 weight plates. The seat can be hydraulically adjusted in 11 height levels and in several steps back and forth to adapt the device to any body size. The chest and back cushion can be adjusted in 7 incline levels and the arms can be adjusted in 30cm length to exactly match the arm length of the training person for the optimal grip position. If you sit with your chest on the cushion you can perform the Butterfly Reverse exercise for the back muscles, if you sit with your back against the cushion you can train the normal Butterfly exercise for the chest muscles. The shoulder muscles are worked in both exercises. The device also has a movement limiter that can be easily adjusted.
