With this shoulder press from the "ONE" series by Nautilus, you can train your shoulder muscles safely and effectively. The two different grip options allow for a variety of training options on the shoulder press . The seat of the overhead press is height-adjustable, allowing the shoulder press to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large 125kg plug-in weight block in 5kg increments; using the fine weight, the weight can even be increased in small 2.5kg increments . This means that the exercise machine is also easy to use for older/weaker people thanks to the small increase options.
