With this seated leg curl machine from the "ONE" series by Nautilus, you can train the back of your thighs/legs in an isolated and gentle way. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The backrest can be adjusted to 5 levels and the cushioned roller for exercise execution can be adjusted in incline and length in 3 levels, so the strength training device can be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 125kg plug-in weight block in 5kg increments; using the fine weight, the weight can even be increased in small 2.5kg increments . This means that the exercise device is also easy to use for older/weaker people because the small increase options are possible.
