This rowing machine with chest support from the "ONE" series by Nautilus is an effective training device for the upper back muscles. The various grip options, made possible by rotating and additional ball-bearing handles, allow you to train variably on the row station . The seat is height-adjustable to 11 levels and the chest support is length-adjustable to 9 levels, allowing the rowing machine to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 125kg plug-in weight block in 5kg increments; using the fine weight, the weight can even be increased in small 2.5kg increments . This means that the exercise machine is also easy to use for older/weaker people thanks to the small increase options.
