Trains the abdominal and lateral torso muscles safely and efficiently. This fitness device is equipped with an extra-large weight stack weighing over 125 kg. The weight is easily adjusted using Nautilus' patented system by turning a dial. This dial is at an ergonomic height and can be easily adjusted while sitting on the device. An additional weight can be activated using a button for extra fine increases in 2.5 kg increments, making the Rotary Torso easy to use even for older/weaker people. The starting position can be adjusted to a total of 16 different angles in 10° increments using a lever on the side of the seat. This allows training both clockwise and counterclockwise.
