With this back extension machine from the "ONE" series by Nautilus, you can effectively yet gently train the lower back extensor muscles. The hyperextension offers various settings to adapt the strength training device to any body size. The seat height and footplate can be adjusted to various levels. The lower back fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 125 kg weight stack in 5 kg increments; using the fine weight, the weight can even be increased in small 2.5 kg increments . This makes the exercise device easy to use even for older/weaker people thanks to the small increment options.
