The lat pulldown has rotating, ball-bearing handles, allowing you to use a variety of grip positions on the pulldown machine . The arms are also movable at the top, allowing for both wide and narrow pulling exercises. The seat is height-adjustable to 10 different levels, and the leg pad is adjustable to 6 different levels, allowing the lat pulldown machine to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large 125kg plug-in weight block in 5kg increments; using the fine weight, the weight can even be increased in small 2.5kg increments . This makes the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people because the small increase options make this piece of equipment easy to use.
