With this 2 in 1 abductor and adductor machine from the "ONE" series by Nautilus, you can train the inner and outer thigh muscles in isolation and gently. The starting positions are variably adjustable, meaning the 2 in 1 combination device can be individually adapted to the desired range of motion and body size. The leg pads are rotatable and can be quickly turned around if you want to change exercises. The footrest is available in two different sizes depending on leg length. The fitness device is equipped with an extra large 125 kg plug-in weight block in 5 kg increments; using the fine weight, the weight can even be increased in small 2.5 kg increments . This means that the exercise device is also easy to use for older/weaker people because the small increase options are possible.
