Nautilus ONE Abdominal Crunch, Abdominal Machine Jackknife Abs, Model S6AB, used - refurbished condition
With this abdominal muscle machine from the "ONE" series by Nautilus you can train your straight abdominal muscles effectively but also gently. The movement of the fitness device is like a jackknife abdominal machine (similar to a sit-up). The leg pad rollers keep the lower body in place and the movement must come from the upper body. The seat can be adjusted in height to various levels, so the abdominal crunch can be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with an extra large 125kg plug-in weight block in 5kg increments, and the fine weight can even be used to increase the weight in small 2.5kg increments . This means that the exercise device is also easy to use for older/weaker people because the small increase options are possible.
