With this triceps machine from Nautilus Nitro you can effectively but also gently train the back arm muscles , specifically the triceps with a horizontal triceps extension movement . The seat has 11 height settings. The back cushion has 5 incline and length settings, so the V-triceps extension can be adapted to any body size. The triceps machine also offers a large, padded rest for the arms and elbows for optimal training. The training arm is mounted on ball bearings and thus protects the joints during the exercise. The strength training device is equipped with a large 91 kg plug-in weight block and two fine weights in 2.3 kg increments, so you can increase the weight in very small increments, which is particularly helpful for smaller muscle groups (like the triceps here).
