The seat cushion of the back extension machine is height-adjustable to various levels , and the footrest is also adjustable to 11 different positions, allowing the machine to be adapted to all users. The fitness machine is equipped with a large 91 kg weight stack . The weight can be increased in small 2.3 kg increments using the fine weight , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker users.
