With this seated leg press from Nautilus from the "Nitro EVO" series, you can train your thighs / leg muscles effectively yet gently. The starting position can be adjusted in 14 steps to adapt the leg press to any leg length and body size. In addition, the backrest angle can be adjusted in 6 steps. The footplate is extra large for various foot positions and is also rubberized and thus non-slip. The fitness equipment is equipped with an extra large 218kg weight stack, yet the resistance can be increased in small 4.5kg increments through the patented weight blocks on the Nitro EVO machines. This makes the sports equipment easily usable even for older/weaker people due to the small increment options.
