With this seated leg press from the "EVO" series by Nautilus Nitro, you can train your thigh and leg muscles effectively but also gently. The starting position can be adjusted to one of 14 different positions, so the leg press can be adapted to any leg length and body size. The backrest incline can also be adjusted to one of 6 different positions. The footplate is extra large for different foot positions and is also rubberized and slip-resistant. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 200kg plug-in weight block in 5kg increments, and the fine weight can even be used to increase the weight in small 2.4kg increments . This means that the exercise device is also easy to use for older and weaker people, thanks to the small increase options.
