With this abdominal muscle machine from Nautilus from the latest Nitro EVO series, you can train your straight abdominal muscles (abs) effectively but also gently.
The exercise machine's movement is similar to that of a jackknife sit-up machine. The leg pad rollers stabilize the lower body, and the movement must come from the upper body. The seat can be adjusted in 11 different heights, allowing the abdominal crunch to be individually tailored to your body size. The abdominal trainer is equipped with a large 91 kg weight block, which can be increased in fine 2.5 kg increments.
