With this flat press bench from Nautilus , you can train your upper chest muscles in isolation and gently. The barbell rack has two storage heights for the barbell. The spotter has enough space at the back and can get close enough to the trainee to secure the barbell. There are also a total of 10 50mm plate holders on the barbell rack for storing weight plates. The weight bench is easy to use and of high quality, offering everything you need for bench press training . Very solidly built!
Optionally, you can also purchase a matching barbell and weight plates from us for an additional charge.
