Mr System Lat Isolator, Rowing with Chest Support
With this lat isolator from Mr System you can train the upper back muscles in an isolated and gentle way using a rowing movement. The training arms are bilateral and so you can also pull with one arm for maximum exertion. The lat isolator has rubberized handles, which provide good handling during fitness training. The chest support is horizontally adjustable so the rowing machine can be individually adapted to your body size. The seat has 7 height settings to adapt the strength training device to your specific body size. The fitness device is equipped with a 50kg plug-in weight block . However, the weight can be increased in 5kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people.
