There are 3 different training programs to choose from: Quickstart, time training, heart rate training.
A highlight of the Motion Cycle 500 med is wattage training up to 500 watts! This is possible via the time training program.
The low, free step-through is particularly important for older people, and the saddle can also be adjusted to various heights and lengths.
The display is extra large and easy to read thanks to the backlight. The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery and requires no power connection . A Polar heart rate monitor is also integrated. With the optional chest strap, you can monitor your heart rate during training.
