With this prone leg curl from Matrix, you can train your posterior thigh muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The muscles are targeted and challenged precisely. The leg pad roller is adjustable in 4 angles, allowing the strength machine to be individually adapted to body size. The fitness equipment is equipped with a 90kg pin-loaded weight stack. Despite this, the weight can be increased in small 1.1kg, 2.3kg, and 3.4kg increments, making the sports equipment easily usable even for older/weaker individuals.
