The Glute Trainer MG-PL78 from Matrix's Magnum series is a training device for hip thrusts, one of the most effective exercises for the glutes and hip stabilization. It also provides some training for the leg muscles. The device is very sturdily built and designed for use in large commercial gyms. Matching weight plates (rubber-coated/cast iron) (new or used) are available upon request for an additional charge.
