The Magnum Glute / Ham Bench, ideal for glute and hamstring exercises, is equipped with hooks for attaching resistance bands and handles for performing reverse hyperextensions. The leg pads can be easily adjusted vertically with the help of gas springs, and the large foot platform can be adjusted from the training position. The "step-through" design allows for particularly easy entry and exit, while the frame features a double powder coating for long durability.
