The Matrix E3X or A3X Ascent Trainer is a professional crosstrainer for intense and joint-friendly cardio training. Thanks to its natural elliptical motion, the device enables a particularly effective full-body workout for legs, glutes, and upper body.
The heart rate can be monitored during training via the hand pulse sensors in the handles; a chest strap can optionally be used. A large cup holder is always within reach under the central handles.
The large LED display offers various training programs, as well as plenty of information that is easy to read during training.
The robust studio quality, multiple resistance levels, and various training programs make the trainer ideal for gyms, corporate fitness, or demanding home users. The low-maintenance drive system ensures smooth operation and a long service life.
