With this squat machine from Life Fitness, you can train your glutes in isolation and gently with guided squats. The squat machine features two different rubberized handles, providing comfortable grip during your workout. The machine has 12 resistance levels, allowing you to easily adjust your workout to suit your needs. The resistance can be easily adjusted by simply pulling the yellow pins in and out.
The device can be used in a circle or separately.
