With this shoulder press from Life Fitness ' Signature Series, you can safely and effectively train your shoulder muscles and, to a certain extent, your chest muscles. The two different grip options allow for a variety of training options . The seat of the fitness machine is height-adjustable to nine different levels, supported by a gas-filled damper. This allows the overhead press to be individually adjusted to your body size. It is equipped with a large 95kg weight stack . However, the resistance can be increased in small 2.5kg increments using the fine weight, making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people.
