This rowing machine with chest support from Life Fitness 's Signature Series allows you to train your latissimus and back muscles in isolation and gently. The seat of the Row - Rear Delt machine is height-adjustable to 9 different levels, and the chest pad is also length-adjustable to 9 different levels, allowing the machine to be adapted to a wide range of users. The handles are also equipped with two different grip styles and are mounted on ball bearings, which is gentle on the joints and ensures good biomechanics during training. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large 145kg weight stack , making it suitable for very heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5kg increments, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people.
