This rowing machine with chest support from the Pro2 series by Life Fitness is an effective training device for the upper back muscles. The design of the Pro2 series is virtually identical to the Hammer Strength and is therefore very popular with enthusiasts. The various grip options allow for a variety of training options on the low row station . The seat is height-adjustable and the chest support is individually adjustable, allowing the rowing machine to be individually adapted to your body size. The footrests are extra non-slip and therefore offer good support when performing the exercises. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 135 kg plug-in weight block , making it perfect for heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5 kg increments, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people.
